be345 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of be345. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and be345 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the be345 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, payment facilities, and all other products and services made available through the Platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any service on be345.

Warning: Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the be345 Platform in any capacity. be345 takes its age-verification obligations seriously and will verify the age of any player it suspects may be underage. Any winnings obtained by an underage player will be voided and may not be withdrawn.
Account Registration and Management
To access the full range of services available on be345, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all be345 accounts:
- One account per player. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. If be345 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings may be forfeited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. be345 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Account verification (KYC) may be required at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if be345 has reason to verify your identity. Required documents may include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.
- be345 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or otherwise operated in a manner inconsistent with fair and lawful use of the Platform.
You must notify be345 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, any security breach affecting your login credentials, or any transaction on your account that you did not authorise. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
The following terms apply to all financial transactions carried out through a be345 account:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though be345 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security and compliance purposes.
- Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other methods listed in the cashier section of your account. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. For accounts that have completed KYC verification, standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
- be345 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and KYC measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
- All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not offered. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in Taka.
Deposits made using bonus or promotional funds from third-party sources are not permitted. Only funds deposited by the registered account holder from their own personal payment accounts will be accepted.
Note on Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no gameplay) for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. be345 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
be345 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:
- The welcome bonus offers a 100% match on a player's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay and must meet the minimum qualifying deposit amount specified at the time of the promotion.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players must meet the wagering requirement in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. be345 reserves the right to cancel or reclaim a bonus if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in a manner that is abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between players, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used to meet the wagering requirements of another bonus. Bonus terms may specify eligible games — certain games (particularly live casino and certain slots) may contribute at reduced rates to wagering requirements.
- be345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time the change is made, provided the player continues to comply with the applicable bonus terms.
be345 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, and coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering volume. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
Responsible Gaming
be345 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming principles are embedded in the Platform and available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings section. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased immediately — an increase request is subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
- Session time limits: Players may enable session time reminders that notify them after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
- Temporary suspension: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of their choosing (from 24 hours to 6 months). During a temporary suspension, the player cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or redeem bonuses.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting the support team. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed once applied.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the be345 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a conduit for moving illegally obtained funds.
- Using any software, bot, script, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, to manipulate odds, or to automate account activity without the express written permission of be345.
- Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of a game, exploit a game vulnerability, or artificially generate wagering volume for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
- Registering more than one account, sharing an account with another person, or allowing another person to use your account credentials to access the Platform.
- Engaging in any form of chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment dispute against deposits made to your be345 account. Any chargeback filed against a be345 deposit will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount from any remaining balance.
- Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true location or identity.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

- Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any service offered through it, whether due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond be345's control.
- Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content, odds, statistics, or other information provided through the Platform. All such information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute advice.
Amendments to These Terms
be345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, be345 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.
